Innovation and Changing Landscapes
Innovation moves at a rapid pace causing organizations to continually evaluate their IT infrastructure and ways to better serve their customers. These strategies often require organizations to innovate and leverage emerging technologies. As strategies evolve, what technologies to use and how will they be implemented, raises the question. Does the organization have the knowledge, abilities, and experience required to ensure a successful implementation of strategies and technologies? Often the answer is no, and organizations are left with poorly executed strategies or longer time of implementation due to lack of knowledge with emerging technologies. This results in cost overruns, delayed deployments, and risk to organizational operations.
RheoData’s Tactical Assistance Program (TAP) is an opportunity to validate the IT infrastructure and migration plans by leveraging knowledgeable resources that have experience with existing and emerging technologies. By leveraging RheoData’s resources, organizations get the following benefits:
Unbiased Perspective – an independent view of the discussion/project, free of internal politics
Out-of-box Thinking – new and fresh approaches to discussion/project
Diversity of experience – insights on best practices, latest trends, and developments from the community
Expanded Capacity – new projects require new skills and training. RheoData trains existing staff while ensuring project completion
A Flexible Subscription Model
The Tactical Assistance Program (TAP) provides flexibility for organizations through a flexible subscription model that calls for our involvement via full-time or part-time subscriptions. TAP subscriptions can be leveraged during critical discussions, architecture design, or across the whole project lifecycle. TAP can be leveraged in the four functional areas to drive innovation for an organization. These functional areas include:
Architecture Design – End-Result driving approach to solving IT architectural issues
Implementation – Installing, Patching, Upgrading, or Migrating to new platforms, including cloud
Performance – Application health checks and turning services
Augmented and Readiness – Manage Services of existing or new platforms, additional implementation staff, and expert knowledge base on existing and emerging technologies
